Twin Cities Headache Neck & Back is positioned to function as a “primary spine care” clinic working with all forms of musculoskeletal spine pain and injury, excluding serious pathology such as cancer, fracture and infections. New patients receive a comprehensive history and thorough evaluation of their area of complaint. If clinically necessary, imaging such as x-ray and or MRI will be ordered to reach an accurate diagnosis, prognosis and treatment plan. Some spine conditions require a team approach and at Twin Cities Headache Neck & Back we will co-manage with appropriate medical specialists in the fields of neurology, pain management, neurosurgery, orthopedic surgery and other related fields.
