we believe that good posture is crucial to overall health and athletic performance. Poor posture can lead to chronic pain, muscle imbalances, and even reduced lung capacity. That's why we place a strong emphasis on correcting posture in our athlete-centered performance program, using functional neurology and biomechanics to assess overactive, underactive, and habituated areas of the brain. Posture can be damaged by sudden car crashes, long hours in front of a computer or sports injures. We offer chiropractic care, physical therapy, massage therapy, and acupuncture.
