Utilization of Outcome Studies - Part 2

THE UTLIZATION OF OUTCOME STUDIES
Part 2

First is defining “outcome based” because several doctors have recently asked about “outcome based studies”. “Outcome based” is a philosophy that focuses on empirically measuring what happens physically with patients, which are called outcomes.

Next is to define “evidence based practice” which is: A “practice” that is based on previously observed outcomes. (“Practice” is defined here as methods, procedures and processes used in a particular field)

In Chiropractic or Medicine, “evidence based practices” are those based on the observations previously made – the missed point is that while doctors need evidence to use a particular method in their practices because you want to do a good job for the patient, IT IS THE PATIENT who needs the evidence to know that you, their doctor, is doing the job they want you to do for them.

A large problem in Chiropractic most doctors do not think of is that almost any 10% to 15% change in body mechanics that is better or worse from what the patient had previously will shift the pressure that was causing the symptom. That will have them feeling good enough so often and will leave care before true correction is attained. What is needed to improve patient retention is to make enough change in patients’ bodies with the first treatment so that THEY have EVIDENCE that you can do what you say you will be doing and so that it is worth their money and time to follow the treatment program.

There are a multitude of practitioners using the treatment protocol with “outcome based studies” showing IMMEDIATE improvement in posture that is noticeable to their patients starting with the first treatment. Advanced BioStructural Correction™treatment protocol is one protocol that exclusively utilizes outcome studies and based upon those results, those practitioners can say with certainty that their patients have positive outcome studies. This is 100% of those practitioners because results, primarily in posture, have to be evidenced based or it’s just another bunch of chiropractic mumbo-jumbo.

In fact, there are several research projects in various stages to be submitted to peer journals from multi-office and multi-practitioner outcome studies that are in the prepublication process; you can find a few out of journal objective studies at MeningealRelease.com on the “Before and After First Visit Pictures” under New Updated Materials on the left.

These are the consistent and predictable outcomes your patient will see when you take pictures of them too. They provide the absolutely objective evidence for you and more importantly, for your patients, that you can make the changes in their bodies that everyone else talks about making and can do so beginning immediately on that first treatment visit.

For that reason doctors using the Advanced BioStructural Correction™ Protocol for treatment and taking before and after pictures have excellent patient retention, with increasing practice sizes and more profitability.

“This is the reason I have dedicated my life to this protocol” says Jesse Jutkowitz, developer of the Advanced BioStructural Correction™ protocols because I was tired of listening to the old “Chiropractic 1 step, 2 step” of technique guru’s making bold claims while not being able to create reproducible outcomes. While it is important for the patient to feel better, that is no longer enough and chiropractic has to move beyond that paradigm to grow to the next level of acceptance.

Dr. Jesse Jutkowitz first started practice in 1981; he has had several large practices based on the results of treatment with the Advanced BioStructural Correction™ protocol rather than practice management tricks. The results render consistent and predictable outcomes. Contact Dr. Jutkowitz at 203.366-2746 or structuralcorrection@gmail.com or at www.meningealrelease.com
