After a superior history and documentation has been completed a concise narrative is forwarded to your attorney for proper resolution of your case. Upon completion of negotiations between your attorney and the insurance carrier an amicable settlement will be reached for your pain and suffering. In a small amount of cases, when a settlement cannot be reached your case will be remanded to the courts for resolution.
