Dr. Layton is a graduate of Parker Chiropractic College in Dallas, Texas, where he received his Bachelor of Anatomy and Doctorate degrees. He has advanced training in spinal treatment and diagnosis.  He specializes in sports rehabilitation including muscular stabilization of the spine, shoulders, hips, knees and ankles. Dr. Layton has worked with the Utah Jazz and served as the team chiropractor for the Real Salt Lake, Utah Blaze, Utah Starzz, US Ski Team and the US Bobsled Team.  He was also chosen to be a member of the 2002 Olympic Team Medical Staff and was given the honor of marching in the Opening and Closing Ceremonies alongside all of the Olympic athletes.  He is the official chiropractor of multiple PGA tournaments. Additionally, he also provides care for many other professional athletes among NBA teams, the PGA, and MLB. In 1996, Dr. Layton was presented with the “Clinical Excellence Award.”  In 2002 he was honored as “Chiropractor of the Year.”  In 2011 he received the “Excellence in Radiology Diagnosis Award.”
