This office has three main areas of concentration: symptom relief, structural improvement& nutrition. Dr. Cooper takes time to teach patients what to do and not do between visits to maximize results. Most Wednesday evenings there is a spinal care class. In addition to adjusting the spine, symptom relief often includes massage. Structurally corrective work includes therapeutic exercise, traction in the office, at home or both. This is the only office in the area fully equipped with a wide variety of postural corrective traction equipment and Dr. Cooper is the only Distinguished Fellow of Chiropractic Biophysics in the area. Hope is usually here in the mornings and Nina is ussually here in the afternoons to to help out. Many patients like to use our massage chair in the waiting area while waiting to be adjusted. Others prefer to use our exercise equipment to warm up their muscles which warm ligaments to help their bodies adjust and traction better.
