Vitality Spine and Rehab

We are a Chiropractic and spinal rehabilitation clinic. We offer Chiropractic adjustments, therapeutic exercises to correct posture, massage therapy, as well as instruct patients in at-home stretching and strengthening. We customize the care plans to fit the needs of each individual, while re-evaluating frequently to assess improvement and changes that may need to be made to each program of care. We have on site x-ray and refer out for other tests as they may be indicated for each patient.
