Dr. Benjamin Shier has provided quality chiropractic service and specialized care to the Beaver Dam community for five years. Dr. Shier attended college at the University of Wisconsin- Stevens Point and received a Bachelor of Science degree in biology. His chiropractic education was completed at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree. He has completed extensive post-graduate studies in the area of nutrition.Dr. Shier is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. He is also a member of the Wisconsin Chiropractic Association, American Chiropractic Association, and the International Chiropractic Association. He is board certified in the State of Wisconsin as a chiropractor and Nutrition Counselor. He is one of the few doctors representing Fibromyalgia Centers of America in his local area. In addition, he is a member of the Beaver Dam Rotary Club, the Beaver Dam Chamber of Commerce, and serves on the executive board of the Beaver Dam chapter of Business Networking International.Dr. Shier uses the latest technology for diagnosis and assessment. His treatments are in accordance with the most recent scientific literature and are safe, gentle, and effective. This approach to chiropractic care provides a unique route to renewed health and relief of discomfort for the entire family. Dr. Shier is married to Emily Shier, a teacher, childbirth educator, and doula (professional childbirth support). They have three beautiful, healthy children. They currently live in Fox Lake, spending every spare moment available ON THE LAKE no matter the season.
